Every Person on This Page Works on Your Project
We're not a company with 20 faces on a wall. We're a condensed firm—and every one of us knows your name, your vision, and the details of your build. That's not a limitation. It's the point.
Big firms list their team to show size. We list ours because these are the people who will actually pick up your call, walk your job site, and solve problems before you know they exist. When you hire MCM, you get all of us—not a project number.

The People Behind the Build

Bradley Hudson
Founder & Co-Owner
Chemical Engineering, Christian Brothers University
Bradley spent his early career overseeing major capital projects in industrial settings—from breweries to manufacturing plants—before transitioning into consulting where his success was built on effective project management. He brings that same systematic, data-driven approach to every MCM build. Bradley believes the key to a great building experience is the relationship between homeowners and their general contractor.

James LaRue
Founder & Co-Owner
Mechanical Engineering, Christian Brothers University
James began his career designing custom elevators for a Fortune Global 500 company before discovering his passion for project management. He joined another Fortune 500 company as a Project Specialist, managing large-scale logistics and facility projects. After years in corporate America, he transitioned to building high-end custom homes for a family-run contractor and implemented a new CRM system. He later obtained his General Contracting license for both residential and commercial projects, combining corporate expertise with hands-on construction experience.

David LaRue
Project Superintendent
University of Memphis
With a decade of experience in homebuilding, David oversees day-to-day construction operations and ensures every phase meets MCM’s standards. His deep field knowledge and ability to coordinate crews, manage timelines, and catch issues before they become problems make him the backbone of our job sites.

Zack Kurtzman
Project Manager
University of Memphis
Zack’s background in sales and logistics translates directly to how MCM manages client relationships and project coordination. He ensures materials arrive on schedule, budgets stay on track, and every homeowner feels heard. His ability to connect people, processes, and timelines keeps projects moving seamlessly from contract to completion.
